Roborock Saros 10R
A low body and removable rotating pads for mixed floors; the dock still needs regular care.

Both combine vacuuming, mopping and dock servicing. The more useful distinction is the difficult part of your route, especially furniture clearance and thresholds.

Dreame
Retractable sensing and conditional threshold climbing for awkward routes; measure the actual transition.
Read the reviewThe Saros 10R’s 3.14-inch body is a concrete reason to measure low furniture first. Detachable rotating pads also support vacuum-only trips. Its lower body is useful only where the robot can enter, turn and leave the space.
The X50 Ultra adds retractable sensing and conditional threshold climbing. Its approximately 3.5-inch retracted height and geometry-dependent 2.36-inch maximum address different obstacles. Choose around an actual measured transition, not an assumption that it can climb stairs.
Suction figures do not establish a matched carpet-cleaning result. Both docks still need water and cleaning care, and long-term ownership cost is not settled here. Neither robot is a universal winner for every floor plan.
